NSCC’s Nutritional Science and Diet Technology two-year associate degree program prepares students to become Dietetic Technicians. Learn how to analyze nutrient intake data, plan menus, create special diets and calculate nutritional supplements. Dietetic Technicians work as nutritional consultants or research assistants, or in partnership with a registered dietitian in a variety of settings including health care, food service, community health programs and outreach, wellness organizations, and food service businesses.
